Where is my order?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number. That usually happens within 1–2 business days of ordering. Check the email address you used at checkout, and have a look in your spam folder if you don't see it.
How long delivery takes
Orders to the United States typically arrive 7–14 days after dispatch. Most land nearer the shorter end of that, but some take the full two weeks. You'll have tracking the whole way.
Can't find your tracking number?
Email us with the name and email address you ordered under and we'll look it up and resend it. A real person reads these and you'll usually hear back the same day.
Been longer than 14 days?
Get in touch. If a parcel is genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you — you don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
